Funeral services were held in the Methodist Church on Wednesday morning at ten o'clock, conducted by the pastor, Dr. R. L. Fultz, assisted by Rev. H. W. Shannon, for Mrs. Bertha G. Lauck, 46, wife of Mr. J. H. Lauck, of near town. Mrs. Lauck died on Monday after a brief illness. She was a daughter, of Mrs. G. B. Call and the late Mr. B. F. Goodall, of Madison County, and came hei'e with her husband and two children to live about ten years ago. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Miss Arlene Lauck, one son, John Booton Lauck, 12, and the j following brothers and sisters, Mrs. W. B. Ould, | Washington, D. C., Mrs. B. F. Hudson, Nethers, Virginia, Mrs. B. T. Kite, of Luray, Virginia, Messrs J. F., j L. A. and A. A. Goodall, all of Madison, K. B. Goodall, of Mt. Ranier, Maryland, T. A. and L. S. Goodall, of Keswick, Virginia, and Mr. Wilson Goodall, of New York City. Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
